      Con artist Ada Lamarr and government agent Rian White are on their last chance to save the Earth as they plot to infiltrate a gala and thwart a greedy villain's plan to launch malware-infected nanobots on the planet. Ada needs Rian to access the gala; Rian needs Ada to remove the bad programming. They've already planned to betray each other the minute the job is done, because this almost-romance between a thief and the agent who has sworn to bring her in can't possibly have a happy ending. Or can it? The tension in this down-to-the-wire intergalactic caper-heist story romps along at an absolutely ripping pace as Ada misdirects both Agent White and readers on her way to getting the job done and getting away clean. Readers who got caught up in Ada's thief-with-a-heart-of-gold act in the first two books of the "Chaotic Orbits" series (whose most recent installment was How To Steal a Galaxy) will be thrilled to see the conclusion, especially the hint that there might be more to come in spite of Ada's misgivings.
